At Precision Health of Castle Rock - a.k.a. Precision Health - we are committed to delivering high-quality, personalized care. To support this level of service, we operate as a cash-pay practice with clear and transparent financial policies.

Payment at Time of Service

All services are self-pay and payment is due at the time of your visit unless otherwise arranged in advance.

We accept cash, credit card, debit card, HSA/FSA.

Insurance & Super Bills

Precision Health does not bill insurance directly.

However, patients may request a Super Bill, which can be submitted to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement, depending on your individual plan. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and is determined solely by your insurance carrier.

Appointment Reservation Fee

To schedule an appointment, a $50 reservation fee is required.

• This fee is applied toward your visit and is not an additional charge

• It secures dedicated time with your provider

• It helps ensure availability for patients who are committed to their care

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We respect your time and ask that you respect ours.

• Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge

• Changes made within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the $50 reservation fee

• Missed appointments (no-shows) will result in the $50 fee being retained

This policy allows us to provide consistent access to patients and avoid disruptions to care.

Precision Health is intentionally designed to be different from traditional, high-volume clinics.

We limit the number of patients we see to ensure:

• Longer, more personalized visits

• Thoughtful, unrushed care

• A better overall patient experience

Our financial policies support this model and allow us to maintain a higher standard of care.

Certain services or programs (such as memberships or treatment plans) may have separate pricing and terms, which will be clearly communicated before you begin.
